Jaideep Bhavnani · Founder and Director
I have sat on all three sides of an outsourcing deal. Two decades on the provider side, selling and delivering large services contracts. Then advisory. And for the last three years on the client side, owning a European finance BPO contract end to end: the negotiation, the governance, the transitions, the escalations at eleven at night.
That is an unusual combination, and it is the whole reason this practice exists. I know how the provider builds the price, because I used to build it. I know which terms matter at renewal, because I have had to live with the ones that did not.
I do not disappear after the recommendation. Where it makes sense, I stay through the handover, as interim oversight rather than as the new supplier, making sure the operating model actually lands the way it was designed.
Impact Solutions and Services BV is based near Amsterdam. I work with a small number of clients at a time, by design.
Do you only advise, or can you also execute?
We advise, and we can stay close through delivery as interim oversight, not as the supplier of record. We do not take over the vendor's job for you. We make sure they deliver against what was agreed, and keep both sides working together instead of past each other.
Where does the benchmark data come from?
Executed contracts and final bids from real advisory engagements, refreshed on a rolling cycle, covering IT and business process services across thirty-plus providers and twenty-five-plus delivery locations. Not survey responses.
We are mid-market. Are we too small?
No. Below roughly five million euro of annual outsourced spend a full sourcing engagement rarely pays for itself, but a benchmark or health check almost always does.
Can we see examples of past work?
Yes. We reference engagements anonymised by sector, which is standard practice in outsourcing advisory ("a global pet-care manufacturer", "a leading transportation and logistics provider", "a US-based healthcare provider"). Named case studies are available on request under NDA where the client has cleared it.
