Impact Solutions and Services BV ("we", based near Amsterdam, The Netherlands) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address and message. We use it for one purpose: replying to your enquiry and, if it becomes one, running the engagement you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your explicit ask.
This site uses no tracking cookies. The only analytics are Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify individuals; it gives us aggregate visit counts, nothing more. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed because there is nothing to consent to.
Enquiry data is deleted within 12 months unless an engagement follows, in which case it is kept for the duration of the work and applicable record-keeping.
You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time: jaideep@impactss.nl. You can also object to processing or file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are handled by Jaideep Bhavnani and no one else.
